Elamant Back Office: Dashboard Edition.

It has come to my attention that most members are not familiar with their Elamant Back Office. I am going to host a series of tutorial teaching you about every inch of it, section by section. In this tutorial, we shall start with the Dashboard.


Let’s start by defining the terms we are going to be analyzing for better understanding.

  • Back Office.

    This is an office or center in which the administrative work of a business is carried out, as opposed to its dealings with customers (front office is the “face” of a company). Back-office functions include settlements, clearances, record maintenance, regulatory compliance, accounting, and IT services. Back office roles are important because they are essentially the backbone of a company. When back-office operations run smoothly, it sets the company up for success. It also boosts productivity and helps keep costs low.

  • Dashboard. 

    A data dashboard is an information management tool that visually tracks, analyzes, and displays key performance indicators (KPI), metrics, and key data points to monitor the health of a business, department, or specific process. In other usages, “dashboard” is another name for “progress report” or “report.” They are customizable to meet the specific needs of a department and company. Through the use of data visualizations, dashboards simplify complex data sets to provide users with at a glance awareness of current performance.

The Dashboard.

As I have mentioned above, the dashboard is basically the epicenter of all the activities that go on in your back office as a whole. With that said, we will be briefly touching on other sections of your back office to help explain your dashboard.

First Section:

  • Renewal Points (RP).

    These are points given exclusively to a member who holds the rank of Founder in the Elamant Consultant Program. You achieve this service level by enrolling 3 premium members as your downliners (part of your team). These points ensure that they will not have to pay subscription fees to renew their account. The monthly subscription fee is US$99 and each point is worth US$1. From the day you rank to Founder, 5 points are awarded to your account on a daily basis. Once you have accumulated 100 RP, the system automatically renews your account. The next day, the points start to re-accumulate again.

  • Data Points.

    These points are awarded to you for your receipt uploads. Hence the term data You are quite literally being paid for the data you provided from your receipts. These points are granted to you after your receipts go through the redemption process. Currently, the only way you can use these points as “money”, is to convert them to an E-pass. You need to have a minimum of 99 points in order to get an E-pass from them.

  • E-wallet.

    This holds money that is paid out to members who are part of the Elamant Consultant Program. Or on other occasions, bonus money you get after meeting the terms of a promotion. The amount that reflects here is the total balance within your account.

  • Pending.

    This section shows the amount that is payable to you. Money that will be paid to you and added to your e-wallet.

  • E-pass.

    The number of E-passes (Enrollment passes) you have is reflected here. These are used only for Enrolment purposes ONLY! They are used to upgrade an account from a free/trial account to a premium account. You get them by either generation them from your Data Points or your E-wallet. Someone can also send you an E-pass, adding to the number you will have. Or subtracting if you use one or send it to someone else.

  • R-pass.

    The number of R-passes (Renewal passes) you have is shown here. They are ONLY used when someone needs to pay their monthly subscription and renew their account. You use these when you want to re-activate someone’s account when it goes inactive as well. R-passes are currently only generated from your E-wallet. However, someone can also send you one. The number will increase or decrease as you use or send them.

Second Section:

  • Current level.

    This displays what kind of account you have (Free/Trial or Premium) or what rank you hold (this is in reference to the Elamant Consultant Program).

  • Next Level.

    This indicates what account or rank you could elevate to (also in reference to the Elamant Consultant Program).

  • Upgrade/Membership Renewal.

    This shows how many days you have left for you to upgrade to a premium member if you are a free/trial member before your account is terminated. Or it shows how many days you have left before you have to renew your subscription. (subscription are on a 28-day cycle)

  • Member Since.

    This shows the date, month, and year you joined Elamant.

Third Section:

  • Referral URL.

    This is your member link. It shows your member ID. You send this link when you want someone to register an account with you as the sponsor/upliner. It also has icons that will direct you to Facebook and Twitter so you can share your link there. (Read more here.)

Fourth Section:


  • This is a map of the world. The map which parts of the world your team is based. The color of the countries differs in intensity depending on the number of team members you have in it.
